Damaged Shipments:
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at riverraincandleco@gmail.com. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please provide detailed information about the damage and include any relevant photographs. We will review each case individually and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement. Seasonal candle may not be available for exchange as those materials are not on hand all year.
